FAQS regarding Government restrictions to Rollerama

    Will the Caribbean Rollerama be open?
    Caribbean Rollerama is following the advice from the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and taking precaution to ensure the is safe and welcoming for our customers. Following the recent announcement regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) Caribbean Rollerama and prevention measure Caribbean Rollerama will closed from midday Monday 23rd March 2020 and at this stage aim to reopen on Monday 13th April 2020.
    What if things change?
    Caribbean Rollerama will adapt according to advice released by Government authorities.
    Where can I receive updates about changes to the operations and business of Caribbean Rollerama?
    Will classes still be going ahead?
    • Saturday classes will now be cancelled effectively immediately.
    • Wednesday classes will now be cancelled effectively immediately.
    • Caribbean Rollerama will continue to follow Government advice and let customers know when classes are open again.
    Will session times change?
    Session time did change temporarily. Now the rink is closed the session may again be adapted to follow advice from Government. Please keep an eye on our website and Facebook for further information.
    Will prices change?
    As sessions are changed our prices will be kept consistent with our usual operations. We have introduced a $4 entrance for non-skating customers (ie: parents/carers who are not skating but are supervising children) this has been introduced as the limit of customers impacts our business. This fee will be removed when the restrictions are lifted.
    Will parties be affected at Caribbean Rollerama?
    Yes, unfortunately parties will be affected. No further bookings for parties will be taken at this stage. Current bookings have been cancelled.
    Will we get a refund for parties?
    Yes, you will get a refund if you have already paid for a party. Please email [email protected] with your Name, Booking Date and Bank Transfer Details.
    When will I get a refund for my party booking?
    We are currently working through this and will do our best to be in contact with you, at this stage please feel free to email [email protected]
    What are the safety procedures in place at Rollerama?
    As per our previous statement Caribbean Rollerama have a protocol to follow it can be found here. Steps include: – Posters have been placed around common areas with instructions on how to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19). This is in English and basic Chinese – Cleaning has been increased in common areas – Cashless transactions encouraged New steps include: – Closing the rink from Monday 23rd March – Monday 13th April 2020. .
    Does Caribbean Rollerama have enough space to accommodate 4 metres per person with the limit of 100 people?
    Yes Caribbean Rollerama has enough space to accommodate for these new guidelines.
