How to Book Your Group or School Booking your group or school visit to Caribbean Rollerama is straightforward. Simply contact us via email or phone to discuss available times and prices. Once details are confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining your session time, the number of attendees, and any other relevant conditions.
Flexible Payment Options To keep things simple, groups are required to pay in one lump sum. This can be done through cash, credit, or EFTPOS at the start of your session, or via invoice for schools and organisations. Please note that payments made individually are subject to standard pricing.
Important Booking Information
- Groups must confirm the final number of attendees 72 hours before the scheduled booking. This helps us provide the best possible experience for everyone.
- Minimum booking size is 15 people.
- No additional discounts are applicable to group or school bookings.
Session Times and Pricing We offer special rates for both peak and off-peak times:
- Peak Times: All sessions during Victorian School Holidays and from Friday 6 PM through Sunday 6 PM.
- Off-Peak Times: During the school term from Monday 10 AM to Friday 6 PM. Sunday 7pm-9pm.
We ask schools to provide contact details including the school name, and relevant contact information (including contact email and school accounts email) and let us know if the snack bar needs to be open during your visit.
